Terms of service

These terms apply when you use stopfakeclicks. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use stopfakeclicks for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

stopfakeclicks is a trading name of Silver Image Creation Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 07282315, registered office 8 Royal Parade, Hanger Lane, London W5 1ET, VAT number GB 114 6551 33. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

The service

stopfakeclicks watches paid clicks from Google Ads on your website, flags sources that look automated or click repeatedly, and adds their IP addresses to the exclusion list of your Google Ads account through a script you install. For the first 7 days it only watches and blocks nothing.

Trial, price and cancellation

• The first 14 days are free.
• After the trial the price is the monthly price shown on our website when you sign up.
• On Shopify, billing goes through Shopify and Shopify's terms for app charges also apply.
• You can cancel at any time. Protection stops at the end of the period you have paid for.

Your responsibilities

• Install the tag and the Google Ads script only on websites and Google Ads accounts you control or may manage.
• Tell visitors about the tag in your own privacy notice, as described in our privacy policy.
• Keep your Google Ads script private. It contains a key linked to your account.
• Do not use the service to attack, scrape or overload other systems.

What we cannot promise

No tool can recognise every bot or every repeat clicker, and some real visitors can look like bots. Savings shown in your dashboard and reports are estimates based on your average cost per click. We do not promise a particular result, and refunds for invalid clicks are decided by Google, not by us. You can unblock any source at any time.

stopfakeclicks is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@stopfakeclicks.com.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell customers by email about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep any rights the law of their own country gives them.
