Three common questions and what to check for each one.

No clicks showing

The script may not have run yet — check Scripts → History in . If your store was connected very recently, clicks will only start appearing after the first hourly run.

Script not connected

Script status: pending1
Illustration — grey connection status

The status stays grey while authorisation is pending, or if the script's frequency isn't set to Hourly. Open the script in and check both.

I see my own clicks

Your IP — 203.0.113.91Add to trusted list
Example data — your own IP in the click list

Your own IP counts as a paid click just like any visitor's. Add it to the trusted list so it is never blocked.
