Set up stopfakeclicks for WooCommerce
Connect your WooCommerce store to Google Ads click fraud protection in about five minutes.
Step 1
Install the stopfakeclicks plugin from WordPress > Plugins > Add New.
Tip Make sure you're logged in as a WordPress administrator, or the Install Now button won't appear.
Step 2
Start the 14-day free trial with a card.
Tip A card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Step 3
Open your stopfakeclicks dashboard.
Tip You're taken there automatically after activating the plugin; bookmark it so you can check your blocked-click numbers later.
Step 4
Copy your script.
Tip Each account gets a unique script — don't reuse one from another store or account.
Step 5
In Google Ads open Tools, then Bulk actions, then Scripts, then the + button, then New script.
Tip Don't see Scripts? You need admin access to the Google Ads account.
Step 6
Paste the script, click Authorize, set Frequency to Hourly, then Save.
Tip If the frequency is set to Once, the script runs a single time — choose Hourly.
Step 7
The status turns green "Script connected"; for the first 7 days sources show "Would block" (watch mode).
Tip The script runs on Google's servers, so nothing needs to stay open on your computer.
